One day, I realized my HVAC unit was running very loudly and I was concerned given my HVAC unit is very old. I called out Air Now and I had Kyle come out and he took one brief look over, and determined that there was definitely something wrong. After further diagnostics, he found out that the motor was loose and making a racket. He determined the best option was to replace the motor which he had available. He also found further problems as he continued to work. I had anticipated all of this due to the age of the HVAC unit, and he priced out a replacement fan. I think all the pricing is good given I am very understanding of what is necessary to charge for this kind of work. I would expect to be charged more given the service I’m getting. Kyle has always been very polite and very prompt to get the work done. Definitely would recommend.
